    We were traveling in Naples from Nj and had forgotten my husband's contact lenses. John and Ann from this Lenscrafters location went out of their way to help verify his prescription from our NJ doctor and got him the replacement lens within an hour of the call. We greatly appreciate their efforts to help us!
