  Better than expected and far better than response from place of purchase.
  
  We do not buy our appliances from Big Box stores as we try to frequent local business owners. We needed to replace filter on our refrigerator and went to the dealer for a replacement part. "nope, we don't have any, haven't had them in a while". "Well, we bought our refrigerator from you and would like you to order one for us" "nope, you'd be better off to try to get it on line". Fortunately. we found Speedy Appliance, read the reviews and thought we would give them a try. Everything perfect from the time of the call til "Matt" left after our refrigerator was repaired. He also took the time to explain things about the refrigerator about which we were not aware. And when he noticed our other appliances were Bosch, he told us they are the factory authorized repair shop for Bosch as well. We couldn't be happier! Thank you

  Had part for a GE fridge that I needed. Phone and in-store experience was fantastic. Workers for funny, friendly and knowledgable.

  Always speedy put me on hold several times. Then before they closed I was informed that they couldn’t get the part I needed. Will never call them again. I suggest you don’t either
