  We had a problem with the setting into my wedding ring of a newly purchased diamond while on a Caribbean island during a cruise this winter. The diamond was not properly set into my ring and it ruined the setting. We communicated with the company and were given the option of using a local jeweler since they had not done the job correctly.
  We visited several jewelers in the Naples, FL area. It was very clear from the moment we entered Bigham Jewelers that we were in a place where we felt comfortable.
  We talked with the designer, Daniel. He carefully listened to the problem and understood what we wanted. He showed us many designs that would accommodate the diamond. He was then able to sketch the finished product as I had described. He designed and created the ring of my dreams. The ring was designed for me. We are celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary and Bigham Jewelers has made the celebration much sweeter. And yes, we did meet Kathy Bigham and she is as adorable as she is on the commercials.

  I needed to have my 2005 Rolex Submariner serviced. I hadn't had it service since I purchased the watch years ago. I wasn't comfortable shipping the watch to New York City ,and waiting 6-8 weeks to get it back. How nice to know that Bigham Jewlers has a certified Rolex jeweler on staff. It took about six weeks from the time I made the appointment to the time they were able to service my watch. It took just under two weeks for the work to be done. George let me know the price range up front, and when I picked up the watch today it looked amazing and brand new. They did a wonderful job, gave me a full two year warranty on the work they did, and I am very pleased. I strongly recommend you consider your Rolex service in Naples, Florida as opposed to NYC or Switzerland. I am very glad I had it serviced in my hometown. Thank you Bigham Jewelers.
