  Avoid! Worst truck rental company in Florida, book early and get a uhaul or penske. Clerk was rude he didn't seem to care about a local truck rental he made me wait while "serving" multiple car renters who arrived after I did. Then he tries to pressure me into buying $57/day worth of insurance for a $29/day local rental of an old previously wrecked moving truck. Uhaul offers adequate truck coverage for $14/day and they don't feed you lies about your own insuance not covering liability in a rental. Also truck I got had substantial sidewall damage in rear tire from being curbed and wasn't technically even safe to drive. When I asked for two floor dollies they tried to double my rental rate and add another $30/day for two tiny little wooden dollies that retail for $10.99 each at harbor frieght. Appliance dolly was 50% higher than uhaul as well. Computers were down when I returned truck so they couldn't even process the return and release hold on my card. Their car services don't look too hot either one of the customers they decided to serve out of que while I waited left practically in tears because she paid $200 for a fort myers to Orlando car rental and they wouldn't adjust her charges to a local rental or credit back a dime when she canceled the trip and returned the car an hour later. Greedy unscrupulous company with insane add-on fees and genuine contempt for their customers.

  We reserved a mid size SUV. When we went to pick it up, all they had to choose from was a F150 pickup truck and a 12 passenger van. I told Esteban the guy behind the counter, that this isn't what we reserved and that the 2 vehicles would not meet our needs. He offered no solution If we needed a vehicle, this is what we could choose between. Why make a reservation if they can't guarantee the vehicle? They know in advance what someone has reserved online, why can't they be sure to have what the customer prepaid for? I ended up taking the truck. When I opened the door, It WREAKED of Marijuana. I advised the guy at the counter and again, no help or apology even. Just that he would document it. I ended up returning it before our reservation ended. I have yet to see a credit on my credit card statement for the remaining days I initially paid for. I am disgusted with this business and the company should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Spend a couple more dollars and get a nicer vehicle from the airport and a much more reputable company.
