  dont be fooled by the discounts and deals. my car broke down. when it broke down i checked the fluids and the belt. the belt was still on my car. when it was towed, it was suppose to be towed to the naples location and it was brought to the bonita location without my knowledge. when i called them for repairs on my car, they said the belt wasnt on my car. i also needed a break job. they gave me a very high price. i called another place for a second opinion and was charged half of what dealers choice was gonna charge me. do not trust dealers choice.

  Any of these posts that are related to the tow yard are ridiculous. We have a very clean and well ran AAR facility and we also have a seperste tow yard that we bring in Collier County rotations. Collier County has their own set of rules that MUST be followed to release a vehicle. Some people you can't make understand this and they decide to be rude and hold us accountable when we are just trying to do our job.
