  The service is ok. Based on my experience, I don’t think that their medical staff are well trained or have enough experience. The feeling are the details of my own experience.
  I went in for a medical issue and I was prescribed medicine. I was also informed that if the medicine doesn’t help I will have to go to an ER. However the medicine didn’t help but instead of going back to them I decided to go to a different urgent care. The doctors in the other urgent care told me that the issue did not require going to an ER. Proper medicine was prescribed and the issue was treated with a proper follow up without going to an ER.
  I will never ever recommend this urgent care to any of my friends or family members.
  Last and not least they need to provide a website so customers can pay for their bills online at their convenience. I personally don’t feel comfortable sending my credit card information through the mail. I don’t think that’s secure.
