    We bought our condo 2 years ago and the A/C has been doing fine, but we hadn't been doing any service checks. I'm new to having central air. We had our first appointment today and I was thoroughly satisfied. Technician was courteous, efficient, and responsive to all my questions. We will have them back yearly. As a snow bird I'm relieved that I've found a good company to rely on in case we have problems in or out of season.

    I've been using Expert Air for many, many years, through different homes, commercial building and rental units. They are fair and honest with good technicians. One technician told me he liked working here because he could be a technician, not a salesperson like all the other places he worked. I am about to call them again today for some routine maintenance.
    Update summer 2017. Expert Air was sold to a different company. I have not had the same great experience with the new ownership. It hasn't been bad, but now the technicians are sales people and the prices have gone up considerably.
