    The owner of this place is extremely unprofessional. Beyond arrogant and self-entitled.

    Edit: Jesus Christ are we conceited much? You have the listing for your business as a picture of yourself? How bout the other employees that actually make you money or photos of the supposed "great work" you do? Way to have a friend of the business throw yah 5 stars in an attempt to redeem yourself. This isn't fraudulent either sweetheart. It's not my real name because businesses treat customers worse the second time around when they know who it was. Instead of looking for ways to dispute your failures, why not own it, make a change in yourself, reflect and move on. Don't act like some liberal hippy millennial who's feelings got butthurt. Grow up. You'd think with a woman your age, you'd have learned that by now.
