  BILLING BEWARE - We visited the Golisano | Nicklaus Children’s Health Center – Kids’ Urgent Care on 5/29/17. At the time of the visit, we confirmed with the facility that both the facility and physician (E. Iriza) were in network. However, the doctor did not become in network with United Healthcare until 6/1/17 leaving us with a $541 physician bill We were misinformed and are now stuck with a much larger than expected bill. Had we had not been lied to, we would have visited our normal urgent care and paid a $25 co-pay. The location is billed as an outpatient facility and not an urgent care.
