  Sadly, this was a very bad experience. A rude and inconsiderate staff decide I was the problem. So, the doctor wanted an explanation for my behavior. Rather than help him with his customer service/patient relations problems, I thanked him for his time and departed. In today's age of insurance issues, you'd think physicians would realize that they should be working to get and keep new patients rather than drive them away. The entire experience was unprofessional. I would never recommend this medical practice to anyone.
