    After careful consideration I decided to go with JT Lawn. Great choice! I had noticed and read the reviews. Any grumbling obviously came from grumblers. A small business owner has to deal with a lot of that.....and the nature of this small business brings in customers that really don't want to be there. They deal with much more than most people are aware.
    Small business owners are heroes. They keep the free enterprise system alive. So it is that I went with an open mind rather than let the reviews dictate my choice. I called them and said my Toro lawnmower (they are authorized Toro dealers) had a problem. They sent Lee out the next day to pick it up. In three working days he returned it fixed and I was pleasantly surprised with the bill. Lee explained some relevant facts and showed genuine concern. They are now my go-to place for mower repair.
    I suggest you might consider when you call or just show up there that you understand they are busy, with limited time to exercise patience. Give 'em a chance. I am well pleased with their professional and friendly behavior. I am glad to have the opportunity to beat the drum for them.
