  Down visiting from Minnesota and my wife booked an appointment to have her eyelashes done. Neli called the day of the appointment and said she was stuck in traffic and would be late getting to Marco Island. My wife said okay and went to the location on Marco but Neli never showed. She got hold of her and she apologized and said I can meet you the next day at 8:30 a.m. in Marco. She never showed on day 2 as well and would not answer her phone or respond to text messages. I would say beware of booking an appt with Neli as she is not reliable at all. Had to go find another salon that did a wonderful job for me.
