  Been here over a year, we've had so many water damages, one after another we've had to live with blowing, loud fans. that moved us in to one bedroom to live in, couldn't cook cords, fans every where, we've had mold, and soaked carpets that really smelled after they dried, damage from the water allover the wall and ceiling they patched after fixing when they got around to it, never painting it, I was taking a hot bath and kept noticing white chips floating in my water, asked my husband what it was, he said it's where they painting the tub to make it look new, and with workers coming in and out when they would show up, my husband installed camera's, and let's just say we've seen people who were so nosy they looked at our stuff and read stuff, I never thought people who you were suppose to trust, would go snooping around in your home, when one saw the camera's, they were pointed out to the other, and they left. We live towards the reserves, it's the nasty part people throw thier trash over into the preserve we seen it many of times, no one and I mean no one cleans it .I've to open pics my husband and many others that walk by shaking thier heads it looks like a dump site, beer bottles, wine bottles, beer cans, parts from the building, plastic bags of all kinds, balls from kids, animals have no where to live due to trash they have to climb over so thank who's ever throwing over there for the animals coming on this side. People point fingers when you can set out back and watch what really goes on. My husband's work van has been hit bad being parked by a drunk driver, I know we live with many types of people in here, everyone should get along but you can't when you know, some get treated better than others, I used to think this place was really nice from where I came from but I'm not use to living around people who sell thier self. Or drunks or pot heads it's not until you really get in here, then you know the truth, I keep to myself for reasons. And we've already had a guy just walk into our house who was drunk and walk out, I've had a dog try to bite me. You really have to watch your back here. We have the loudest neighbors above us who won't stop making noise until 3 or 4 am , so to sum it up it's be a hard for me to adjust around here.
