  Make sure to get everything in writing!!!
  Posting this on both since I went to both offices for my treatments.
  I was given one price for packages of laser hair treatment during the consultation. I was also told after a package (set) I should see a reduction in hair growth and thinning and that afterwards I would only need 1-2 touchups a year.
  I decided to first do a few packages for my most visible areas to see how it was but after my first treatment when it came time to pay for the portion I was getting done the prices for each package dramatically increase. So much so that getting the rest would cost more than I was quoted for everything.
  I did the treatments but I did not notice any changes in my hair growth in my most concerning areas by the 5th out of the 6 treatments, so prior to the last treatment I tried to discuss it with Natalie. At that time I was told I would need 2 sets of 6 at minimum to see reduction and thinning and to get to the point of needing 1-2 touchups, very different from the first time.
  After a long conversation where she changed her story many times as to why my hair wasn't reducing and she finally told me she would do the first touch up on the portion I was complaining about for free. She then did the treatment for me that day, the treatment was very different than the ones her consultants had done throughout my set, she used less gel and increased the intensity. She even had the consultants come in to take a lesson on how to do it correctly.
  I went to the touchup session and she did the touchup again very different from the treatments the others did and as we discussed prior to the treatment, laser was only on the portions that my hair growth had not shown me any change from the start.
  She did the treatment without mentioning any changes to the plan or charges and at the end she gave me a bill, when I asked about it she said only one area was free. However the price clearly didn't have any discount. She gave me another run around and I was still charged.
