    My husband and I are from Michigan and were not getting any response from the agent that someone had referred us to. We contacted someone else who was referred to us. Wow, what a difference. Clint Parsons was that person. He forwarded us over 25 different detailed specs on the different lots that we were interested in. We come down to check them all out. Clint had a full map of the whole area, with the lots we were looking at and with comparable comps. He had driven to and had looked at each of the lots before we arrived so that he could provide us with all the details of each. His service was outstanding and extremely valuable to us. But, it didn't end there. After a deal was set on a lot, he gave us a complete timetable of the contract timeframe and checked in with us to make sure we didn't miss any deadline dates. His service continued during the survey portion of the deal. The survey didn't detail our lot correctly - he was all over it for us. We have already referred him to a friend and we would use him again in a heartbeat. He and his team provide outstanding service - we were extremely impressed. Thank you Clint!
