  Cale called prior to arriving for the service call with our air not functioning properly. He troubleshot the problem and resolved it. Cale has been here once before and is an excellent technician. He is knowledgeable, competent and professional. Thanks Cale..

  Have used Penguin Air 2 times both times with Gus. What great service!!! Both times was here at exactly when he said he would be, No 4 to 8 hour window said he would be there at a certain time and was, Called Gus's cell phone at midnight this last time to leave a message and he answered the phone!! Showed up 1st thing in morning had us back up and running in no time, Gus is very professional and knows his stuff he explains everything clearly and does a great job, I will use this company every time, honest, professional and good service Penguin is lucky to have such a good service tech, Thanks Gus!!!!
