  I called asking if they offer a particular shot. I spoke with Janet and she told me she did offer the shot but wouldn't give it to me unless I did an entire work up to see what I was allergic to. I told her I have already had this done in Denver, CO and I was allergic to trees, grasses, weeds etc. Environmental allergies basically. She told me she can't give me shots until they find out what i am allergic to. I am looking for a basic steroid shot Depomedrol and wanted to see if they could administer it. She said they offer the shot but wouldn't give it to me because they didn't know what I was allergic to. I asked her, "A steroid shot such as this doesn't contain pollen correct?" She agreed it did not. So I asked, "why then, do I need to go through testing which I have already done at another office when the steroid shot would have nothing to do with the results of any testing to see what I allergic to. She then just kept repeating herself, "we will not give you the shot." "We will not give you the shot. I explained I am obviously willing to do an exam with the doctor but there is no reason I need to get a scratch test done to see what I am allergic to. She then says again We will not give you the shot. I asked her can she explain why at least so I can figure out what I need to do to get one because I am really suffering with a severe seasonal allergies. I literally begged, "can you please point me in the right direction or help me so I can get a shot" and she hung up the phone on me. Very rude. I was never rude during the conversation just trying to understand what they would or wouldn't do and if they could help. So they offer the shot I need but basically told me they won't give it to me. She was a nurse and if I was the Doctor I would be very unhappy to know my staff was treating patients this way. I encourage the Doctor to contact me and I will be glad to pull this review down but I would like a call.

  Just a person suffering miserably with seasonal allergies and needed some help. According to this office I'm out of luck! Horrible service and just in general disrespectful.
