  We arrived in Naples after having a great day on the road across the state and seeing amazing wildlife at Big Cypress National Monument. The staff were helpful and professional as they assisted us with a room. I had tried to book it through the website but had difficulty. Staff were able to honor the price and we were more than happy. The room clean and exceedingly comfortable. We missed the breakfast we slept so soundly. Checkout was also superb. Again, staff made every effort to add to our enjoyment of the area.
  We are planning our next trip and plan to stay at this property as a jumping off point for the region.
