  We have had the great fortune of working with Big Island Builders twice over the last 5 years. First on a small renovation project, and second on the construction of our new home, which was completed in 2015.
  
  In a town that is overflowing with general contractor/builder choices, Big Island offered something distinctly different – great value. With Big Island, you get the great service, seasoned expertise and impeccable quality that are the hallmarks of most top-tier builders in Naples, but at a much more competitive price. Their approach to home building is innovative, collaborative, thoughtful and, most importantly, budget conscious.
  
  Their initial bid was devoid of extra fees, builder perks and padding. It was a straight forward; cost plus contract with very detailed line items that made the project super easy to manage. They also provided online planning tools and weekly budget updates that allowed us to monitor the progress and costs very closely.
  
  Big Island brought extensive value-added insight to bear on the extraordinary outcome of our new home from providing guidance during the early stages of planning meetings with the architects and engineers to helping us navigate the overwhelming world of finish selections to ultimately managing and orchestrating their highly skilled teams of subs in what came off as a flawless effort on their part.
