  BEWARE!! Stopped in today after a luncheon at NYC; four sales staff in shop. Not one offered to help as I tried to navigate the store. This establishment has had a reputation for arrogance and over pricing for quite some time; sorry to say, nothing has changed. For Made in America merchandise, lower prices and excellent customer service, head to Gretchen Scott and Sara Campbell on Third Street. Both companies are from New England
