  Lost service one week ago - 6 hours on the phone in 5 days with their tech support; 3 tech visits to the house; 4 different modems - still zero service. I took two days off work; fourth tech visit supposed to be today but did not show up. Phone support simply reads a script - they do not listen to you. I left Comcast in 2010 for better customer service at Century Link. But CL now has terrible customer care - they simply do not care about their customers. I'm going back to Comcast.
