  Doesn’t even deserve one star, let alone half a star.
  
  Mediocre clinic with mediocre so called medical professionals. One of the lab phlebotomist clearly needs to get her attitude check and go to school for a better understanding of what customer service really is. She should change her profession from phelbotomist to welder. Clearly she has an issue assisting people. If you do not want to deal with patients or people: become a welder, you are bothered by no one and deal with no one. Perfect occupation for you! I’ve work in a hospital setting for quite sometime and her attitude was beyond inappropriate.
  
  She did not even vertify my name or any credentials of mine before drawing my blood. Again just doing her job just for a paycheck probably.
  
  Management should be involved and she should be TERMINATED!!!!!!! Cause it is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE !!!
  
  Save your self the money and go to an urgent care where you get charged just about the same money wise, staff members are actually helpful, and you have medical PROFESSIONALS that clearly know how to do their job professionally and in a well manner!!
