  This was by far the worst experience for our family in Naples. My mother’s claim is still not closed after 5 months of ongoing issues, due to a lack of efficiency and knowledge about this processes, not to mention that they were not what they said they were and their sales person didn't do as they say were going to do.
  Terrible experience!
