  Do NOT send your loved one here. It's an institution of hell. Father over medicated. Stopped in announced at he was not responding. Called 911. Director slandered me to my sibling who aren't local because i caught them neglecting my dad. She thankfully is no longer there. This place is a hell hole. 2 showers a week, no staffing, patients allowed to wander all over and food is disgusting. Lots of my dad's stuff missing.
  List goes on. So many caregivers at our home have worked there and a company who does PT and OT over said thank God we moved Dad home. Bad stories told by many.
