  We have been customers for Il Primo since about 2009. Never had any complaints until tonight. After 40 minutes we went to ask where our food was (it was semi busy, and we understand being in management for other businesses that it would take more time). Apparently their systems "deleted" orders from the computer. We had ordered boneless bites, zucchini sticks, personal pizza, and regular wings. 15 minutes later we got the pizza and regular wings. Still no boneless or zucchini sticks. About 10 minutes passes and we asked again. They said boneless bites were cooking but the zucchini sticks were forgotten. It should be noted that the restaurant cleared out by about 50% of what it was. Shortly after coming, the zucchini sticks were brought out. Likewise for the wings.
  
  It was an hour and 2 minutes from the time we ordered, to the time we received all of our food. Highly disappointed with our local pizza and wing place. Appears as if we might have to find a new go to spot.
