  I do not know what that DMV has against my sister and I but every single time we go they try to turn me or her away. I needed my passport done and they tried to tell me THREE SEPARATE TIMES that they don't do passports, and I had to whip out my phone and show them that their own damn government's page says I HAVE to send it through the DMV, not to mention they even made me get up and change seats because I was conveniently in the wrong place. These people only want to help who they see fit and it's disgusting. They even tried to turn us away AGAIN because we "only had three minutes left until the deadline" and kept trying to reprimand us about it the whole time. CLEARLY biased and I will never go again.

  Do not go here for a passport! They will turn you away for the most trivial reasons. Ex. The processor is overwhelmed and says she will not be processing any more passports today.

  Our printer is broken so we can’t make a copy of your birth certificate

  We can’t process a passport after 4. Why not you close at 6, can’t you just verify my document and process them in the morning?
  
  Sigh, never heard of a bussiness that continually turns down money.
  
  Wish I could post a sign of their hand written sticky note about not processing passports bc the employyee decided she couldn’t do anymore today.
  
  Tighten up Naples!
