  My experience with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Naples has been exclusively with their service department. The level of customer service provided by these guys is incredible. Gary Ferry is the service manager and he goes well above and beyond the call of duty. He runs a tight ship and it shows in the quality of work throughout the department. My service advisor Ed Mckeon is also top notch, promptly keeping me in the loop with work being done and having the car ready ahead of schedule. I have complete confidence in their evaluations and repairs, and they take care of their customers with the mentality of developing a life-long relationship rather than a single transaction. 5 stars for these guys without any reservations.

  I had a great experience at Rick Hendrick. Rick himself returned my phone call promptly and was very professional and friendly. Ernie, the parts manager, was extremely nice and put together a great package that was affordable for my specific needs. Kile got my car in and out of service as quickly as possible and was very friendly also. These folks really care about their customers and ensuring you're specific needs are taken care of to the fullest. I was not expecting such great service from a car dealership, but everyone went above and beyond. THANKS!
