  About 8 years ago we had a very pleasant experience when Shady Lady remade some draperies for us. Recently we called them to help us repair some Hunter Douglas vertical blinds. They are suppose to be the premier Hunter Douglas representative in Naples. After 4 calls to them, and a promise to call us back, we still have not heard back and have found another dealer who has been most helpful. On the last call we heard Chris say the background "what do they want from us?"
  A VERY bad way to do business.
