  Nobody could fix my favorite pair of boots...until I came to Silvio's! I'm so grateful I am able to wear the boots I bought in Italy once again. I tried at least two other well recommended shoe repair shops in NYC and all I got was a hefty bill! For a very small charge I am now back in my boots and happy to share my delight. Many of us seem to find the time to complain but when we receive good - beyond expectation - good service - we have an obligation to let people know! Especially those dedicated, thorough and passionate about what they do folks at Silvio's! Thank you from the bottom of my soles!
