  Abysmal service. Went there yesterday to try and resolve an autopay issue for my Gophone. The "assistant" emphatically told me she could not help me and made no attempt to resolve the issue. I went to another store (at Vanderbilt and Airport) and was helped immediately . Still had to talk to customer service in the Philippines but at least I got taken care of.politely and with consideration.
